Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Finance Assistant at our Redondo Beach location.

This is a hourly, full-time position with a pay range between $18.00 to $22.00 a year. The pay range scale can fluctuate based on individuals’ experience.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

You are a great fit if you can:

• Provide support to all of sales team in any phase of marketing, selling, administration, or customer interaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecast, assist in quote preparation and participation in quotes feasibility reviews.
• Coordinate Sales appointment.
• Securely and privately input client profile information in company software.
• Answer all customer questions and communicate customer concerns with higher management.
• Clearly and effectively communicate customer needs and expectations to Sales Management to ensure the highest level of service and customer loyalty.
• Review and analyze general documentation and dealership contracts.
• Ensure consistent and confident methods in returning customer calls, emails, etc.
• Provide additional support to nearby departments deemed necessary. (Specifically administrative department).
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.

Other requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years in Powersports and Administrative/Clerical preferred.
• Eagerness to absorb and acquire the latest Motorcycle industry products and services provided by the company.
• Capable of meeting multiple deadlines in a specific timeframe.
• Confident capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to successfully coordinate presentation material, schedule travel, and meetings preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with all management, employees, and departments throughout dealership.
